Application
The system use saturated steam as sterilizing medium. It is mainly used in ampoule, vial, oral liquid injection and other products for high temperature sterilizing operation inspection, and washing. The vacuum and colourful water inspection ensures 100% waste inspection result.
Main-body
The equipment adopts horizontal cylinder structure, equipped with chamber made by high-quality 304 acid proof stainless steel and cover plate made by brushed stainless steel. Seal door adopts pneumatic door. Simultaneously, the equipment has GMP standard verification interface for users to verify at any time.
Control system
It adopts computer-control or PLC+touch screen system.Double monitoring of temperature time and F0 value could ensure sterilization affect. This system detects temperature precisely, run steadily and has complete sterilization records store.
Pipeline system
Optimized configuration in the industry is adopted, and operates reliably and with long useful life. Main componets include high temperature pneumatic valve, circulated water pump, and vacuum pump.

A: 15 months after the equipment is arrived at the destination port or 12 months after the installation and commissioning of the equipment, whichever comes first.
2. Q: Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning?
A: Yes, we do. If on request, we'll provide the guidance of on-site installation and commissioning. Usually one mechanical engineer and one electrical engineer to assist.
3. Q: How about the cost of on-site installation and commissioning guidance?
A: The cost consists of round-trip air tickets, room and board expenses, service cost (labor cost), and site transportation (or directly provided by client), which shall be paid additionally.
4. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
